JUJUBE MULBERRY HIBISCUS HAWTHORN TEA(Winter Healing Guide)

Ingredients:

4 dried jujubes (red dates), sliced 1 tbsp dried mulberries
1 tbsp hibiscus flowers
1 tbsp dried hawthorn berries 4 cups water

Instructions:

Simmer jujube, mulberry, and hawthorn in water for 15 minutes. Turn off heat, add hibiscus, and steep 5 minutes. Strain and sip warm. ‍
